Before Your Lash Appointment
- Contacts should be removed before the appointment. Fumes from the adhesive can become trapped underneath the contact.
- If you have eczema on your eyelids, we will not proceed as this is broken skin and extensions can cause further irritation. We can easily reschedule you!
- Lashes may not last as long if applied to damaged lashes. They need time to grow and become healthy again for great retention. So make sure your lashes aren't damaged before booking!
- All makeup should be removed for the best retention. Although the lash stylist will have eye cleanser on hand, removing eye makeup can be time-consuming and take away from your lash extension application time and it is extra pay.
- Please do not drink any caffeine and energy drinks before your appointment. Drinking caffeine or energy drinks prior to your appointment will make your eyes twitch which makes it difficult to work with.
Refill Appointments
To get the most out of your extensions and receive the best value for money, we recommend scheduling a refill appointment within the first 2-3 weeks of getting your new set placed. When the lashes that were previously applied have at least 40% retention left, a refill is planned. To ensure that your eyelash extensions survive and always look their best, we recommend getting a new pair every 2-3 weeks.
